• Incoterms for all orangeTags’ products are Ex-Factory unless otherwise stated
• Customer is responsible for all import Tax and Duties.
• All cargo will be handled by orangeTags appointed shipping agent.
• Certificate of Origin is available upon request.
• Processing fee of US$50 is applicable for each Certificate of Origin request.
• Customer nominating their own shipping agent:
  • Handling fee of USD15 is applicable on collection by our shipping agent.
  • Our shipping agent will contact your agent to advise the cargo pick-up address.
  • All shipping documents, declaration, and export documents must be complete prior to collection.
• As the Shipper is liable for unpaid courier charges, we do not accept/arrange freight collect on Customers’ courier account number. Customer has to arrange with their courier (UPS/FedEx/DHL/TNT) for collection.
