• All shipping charges on the consigned material and finished product are to be borne by the customer.
• While modules are handled with professional care in production, orangeTags will not liable for any yield losses incurred.
• orangeTags reserve all rights to the engineering drawings, production methods/techniques and manufacturing data derived during the course of production.
• orangeTags shall retain the right of ownership of consignment and finished goods until they have been paid for in full.
