OTR-ActiveX is our range of active RFID readers. With our battery powered 2.5GHz active tag, OTR-ActiveX can achieve a range of up to 200m on a 15dbi directional antenna. Together with a waterproof, UV resistant casing, OTR-ActiveX Long Range Active RFID Reader is the ideal candidate for outdoor long range RFID systems. Commonly used in outdoor parking and personnel access control.
Together with our active RFID tags’ RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator) capabilities, tag position can be triangulated through a few well positioned Active RFID reader.
