OTR-Active – Active RFID reader
OTR-Active is our range of active RFID readers. Operating with our 2.5GHz active tag, the 3dbi omni directional antenna on this reader can cover an area of 50m circumference. Optionally, when mounted with a 15dbi directional antenna, this reader can achieve read range of up to 200m. And with configurable range of RF power and operating frequency, OTR-Active is the ideal solution for long range RFID solutions.
Together with our active RFID tags’ RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator) capabilities, tag position can be triangulated through a few well positioned Active RFID reader.
